Operational responsibility is determined by the deploying organization and by applicable law. The system is infrastructure; it does not become an operator by virtue of deployment.

• Determine escalation criteria
• Assign response timelines
• Direct personnel

Those policies are defined solely by the deploying organization and by applicable authority. Use of CaseTrace preserves existing legal, policy, and contractual responsibilities of operators and organizations.
